Afzaly Kahkashan is a diversified, Afghan-owned service provider founded in 2019, with its principal office now operating from Kabul. We were established with a clear purpose: to connect Afghan farmers, businesses, government bodies, and international development organizations with the integrated services they need to grow, deliver, and sustain impact.
What began as a small trading outfit serving local agricultural cooperatives has grown, within half a decade, into a multi-sector enterprise operating across 23 provinces. We work alongside government ministries, international NGOs, and UN agencies — not as vendors, but as committed partners invested in the outcome.
With 50+ active clients, a 95% contract renewal rate, and a 100% on-time delivery record, our reputation is earned through results — not promises.

Founded in Logar as a small trading outfit. Secured first contracts with three community-based agricultural cooperatives. Core team of five.
Expanded into supply chain logistics. Opened the main Kabul warehouse. Secured first NGO procurement partnership.
Launched construction & infrastructure. Completed 10 community projects including schools and clinics. First two-sector turnkey delivery.
