Overview

Afzaly Kahkashan builds the physical and energy infrastructure that development programs depend on — supplying the materials and machinery, and delivering the works themselves, to international quality standards. From cement, rebar, and blocks to finished schools, clinics, roads, and canals, we offer materials supply and turnkey construction under one accountable contract.

A dedicated Energy & Solar division sits within this service line, reflecting how central reliable power has become to Afghan communities. We supply fuel and generators, and design and install solar home kits, agricultural pumps, cold-storage arrays, and irrigation systems — extending productive energy to off-grid farms, clinics, and households.

For evaluators, our construction work pairs local materials and labour with disciplined quality control and audit-ready reporting — the basis of community infrastructure delivered across multiple provinces and solar installations completed in Balkh, Kandahar, Kapisa, Nangarhar, and Kunduz.
